What are your standard shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while regional deliveries may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for homewares?

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding and food products cannot be returned.

How do I care for my Wheel&Barrow glassware and ceramics?

To ensure longevity, we recommend hand washing delicate glassware and gold-rimmed ceramics. Most of our everyday stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe; however, always check the specific care instructions located on the product page or base of the item.

Do you offer Click & Collect services?

Yes, Click & Collect is available at participating Wheel&Barrow store locations. Simply select 'Store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection, usually within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment options such as Afterpay and PayPal for your convenience.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging fragile items, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to arrange a replacement.
